Using the website and contacting us

When you contact us, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR or, for enquiries relating to entering into or performing a contract, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Providing information is voluntary, but it may be necessary for us to reply.
Hosting
The website is hosted by CBA.pl, provided by ABC Hosting Ltd., based in Belize. According to the provider, its hosting infrastructure is located in the EU. Retention
Personal data may only be retained for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. The relevant considerations are handling the enquiry, the technical operation of the website and, where applicable, statutory retention requirements and the establishment or defence of legal claims.

Subject to the conditions laid down by law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time, with effect for future processing.
